Yue Yu
Yue Yu is jaredRESEARCH’s first intern and is managing a study about Chinese students in the San Francisco Bay Area and their information communication technology usage.
Yue is from northern China and studies applied anthropology at California State University, East Bay for her master’s degree.
Yue graduated from the Central University of Nationalities, the top school for the study of Ethnology in China, with a B.A in Ethnology (equivalent to Anthropology in China) and a B.S. in Ecology.
With a background in both cultural studies and sciences, Yue focuses on technological innovation and design anthropology.
